I was born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and grew up in Golden. My interest in massage began at a young age, when I would give massages to family members. I eventually developed a deeper interest in human anatomy and physiology throughout middle and high school.
In 2014, I earned my Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, completing 1,246 credit hours. I also earned certifications in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Spa Arts & Sciences.
During massage school, I developed a deeper appreciation for massage as a therapeutic service that can be non-invasive, impactful, and enjoyable at the same time. I believe consistent massage can have a meaningful impact on how a person experiences their body and their life. By helping decrease pain and improve mobility, mind-body awareness, and proprioception, massage can help people continue pursuing their physical goals and reach their full potential.
I describe my approach as a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. My professional experience includes working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, as well as in spa environments. I especially enjoy working with clients who have chronic problem areas and helping them find relief.
Every session is tailored to the individual. I can adjust pressure, techniques, and the amount of time spent on specific areas based on your needs and how your muscles respond. My approach includes a wide range of techniques, including trigger point therapy and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), to address problem areas and help improve muscular function.
My goal is to provide therapeutic massage that not only feels good in the moment, but also supports how you move, feel, and function in everyday life.
